SuperPower Your Core in 30 Mins or Less.
28 days. Real results.

This course was built for pole dancers and people working toward inversions — and for anyone who wants a smart, sustainable month of movement that actually fits into a life. You don't need a gym. You don't need to be a beginner or an athlete. You just need thirty minutes and a willingness to show up.

The weekly structure repeats so you can get better at each session, not just survive it. Strength upper on Mondays, boxing Tuesdays, core Wednesdays, cardio Thursdays, strength lower Fridays, a fun day Saturday, and somatic or flexibility work Sundays. Your body gets to know what's coming. That's when progress happens.

A note on how the classes work

Most of these sessions are designed for self-pacing. I show you the exercises and do one round with you, then I suggest you pause and go at your own pace for one to three rounds depending on the session. I usually remind you of this at the start of each video.

You'll see workouts repeated. That's deliberate. Movement needs to be simple before it needs to be hard, and all of these classes have progressions built in. Start with the simpler options, get your technique solid, and then increase weight, reps, or difficulty when your form is consistent — not before.

What you'll need

Essential

A mat, a resistance band or light weight (a drink bottle or cans work fine), a wall or floor for planks, a chair or sturdy table.

Useful

A set of dumbbells, a circle band or theraband tied in a loop, ankle weights for when you're ready to push.

Dreaming big

A sandbag. Not essential at all, but wonderful when you get there.

Tips for making it stick

A real note from me: a lot of these classes are filmed in my studio, by myself, with a real dog and a real life in the background. That is part of the point. I'm not performing fitness — I'm teaching it. I've been working in movement for over 25 years. Trust the work.

You finished. That's not nothing.

A month of consistent movement is something a lot of people talk about and not many actually complete. You did. The fitness you have built over these 28 days is a real foundation — for pole, for inversions, for life.

If you want to keep going, the membership gives you access to everything on the platform: more courses, follow-along sessions, tailored plans, and a community of real people doing this work. Join for the month, stay if it feels right, leave if it doesn't. No pressure, no lock-ins.
